How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on the warehouse the item ships from your items will be delivered in approximately 5-15 days, and
sometimes a little longer based on custom duties.
Where do your products ship from?
The products ship from warehouses in the USA and International. Delivery can sometimes be a little longer due to custom status policy.
We make the effort to note the estimated delivery time for you to see when you are viewing the product.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We use USPS flat rate, FedEx, UPS, DHL & DPD.
USPS flat rate ships for $5.00, free for some specific items and free for orders of $25.00 or more.
FedEx and UPS are based on weight.
How can I track my order?
When your order has shipped we will email you the Tracking Number, so you will be able to track your order.
How long does Processing take?
Processing takes about 1-10 business days. In some cases, it may take several days more, but we will update you if this is necessary.
